Once new business processes and standard operating procedures are identified and documented, a well-managed rollout process must be launched to gain buy-in and rapid adoption throughout the organization. At the same time, success measures must be identified and tracked as new processes are implemented.

Horne offers a complete set of services for implementation and measurement of new business processes:

• Performance metrics. We develop appropriate performance-based program/project metrics and measures for various aspects of the business process engineering project, including customer satisfaction, quality, cost, cycle time, and safety.
• Organizational training. For maximum effectiveness, we develop and conduct training on redesigned business processes, procedures, and information management tools. We design both informal and formal training modules that can be delivered to internal teams, partner organizations, and customers.
• Briefings and communication. Horne prepares and can participate in delivery of executive-level briefings on operational and strategic issues. We can also develop mechanisms to publish policies and procedures, as well as establish ongoing communications to ensure continuous process alignment with projects goals and objectives.
