• Michael J. Bayer
  Chairman of Dumbarton Strategies, former Associate Deputy Secretary of Commerce, and current Chairman of the Defense Business Board; has served on and chaired other high-level Department of Defense boards; currently serves as a Director of several New York Stock Exchange-listed companies.

  Founding partner and Chairman of The Chart Group, a merchant banking firm that sponsors alternative investments and provides senior-level advice and capital access to corporate clients; serves on the boards of directors of several companies.
