Horne International Retains CCG Investor Relations

Fairfax, VA — October 9, 2007 — Horne International, Inc. (OTC BB: HNIN), a leading provider of environmental and technical engineering services to clients in both the public and private sectors, today announced it has retained CCG Investor Relations to conduct a full-service investor relations program.

“Horne has deep experience in engineering solutions that can play a part in solving some of our customers’ greatest challenges,” said Mr. Darryl K. Horne, P.E., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Horne International. “By leveraging the discipline of engineering and an extensive background in complex technology implementation, we have created a unique company that is trusted by its customers and partners to deliver in situations of challenge, complexity and tight deadlines. Now that we have restructured our operations and added substantial strategic support from our partners, advisory board members, new executives and key shareholders, we believe we stand on the cusp of significant opportunities for growth. It therefore makes sense to add the expertise and resources of an experienced investor relations firm to our team. In CCG, we believe we have found a firm that understands our emerging story and can help us deliver it effectively to the right audiences.”

“Horne International is now in a strong strategic position. It has the potential to bring its expertise to bear on some of the nation’s key engineering issues in fields such as homeland security, critical infrastructure, and environmental compliance,” said Mark Collinson, Partner of CCG. “At the same time, its rich legacy of engineering success when supporting large projects has cemented a reputation as a trusted and valued partner. That makes the company a natural choice for a number of upcoming opportunities that could see the company grow organically and through acquisition.”
