Horne International Announces
New OTCBB Trading Symbol, New CUSIP

Fairfax, VA — September 12, 2006 — Horne International, Inc., currently trading under the symbol OTCBB:SPSC.OB, announced today that, in order to reflect the company’s recently approved name change, Horne International will begin trading under the ticker symbol OTCBB:HNIN.OB as of market open today, September 12, 2006. The CUSIP number has also changed from “84764A-10-7” to “440591-10-5.”

On August 31, 2006, following shareholder approval, the company’s name changed from Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. to Horne International, Inc. The company first received permission from NASD to trade on the over-the-counter market in 2003.

In the near future, Horne International will be adopting a new visual identity and launching a new website to allow customers, partners and shareholders to be informed and continuously updated on the company’s capabilities and progress.
