Company Unveils New Web Site
Fairfax, VA December 4, 2006 Horne International, Inc. (OTCBB: HNIN.OB), announced today that Herman F. Hewitt, Jr., has been named Horne International’s new Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Growth. Mr. Hewitt will lead the corporation’s major strategic, business development, and sales efforts.
Horne International Chairman, President, and CEO Darryl K. Horne called Mr. Hewitt “a dynamic growth leader with a firm grounding in operational management. We are fortunate indeed to have a person with his strategic vision and tactical expertise on our executive team. My highest priority right now is to fill our pipeline and expand our position in the federal market. Herman has accepted that challenge, and I know that he will meet it.”
Before joining Horne International, Mr. Hewitt was the Director and Business Development Manager of the Federal Enterprise Solutions Group of Siemens Building Technologies; a leading provider of building controls, fire safety, and security system solutions. Prior to that, he was the Director of Business Operations, ACS Government Services. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Maryland, and he is pursuing an advanced degree in information technology project management.
