Why was the company name and stock symbol changed?
The Spectrum Holdings Corp. name changed to Horne International Inc. following shareholder approval on August 31, 2006, and the filing of a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware. Spectrum Holdings Corp. consisted of one subsidiary, each with a separate identity. The company name was changed to reflect a unified brand and business, to eliminate confusion among customers, investors, employees and shareholders, and to allow us to go to market under one name. The stock symbol was changed in order to reflect the new company name. The new symbol, OTCBB: HNIN, became effective at the market open on September 12, 2006.
