Corporate Governance
Much of what we do at Horne International is in the areas of homeland security and national defense. Many of our employees carry high-level security clearances. Add to this the requirements placed on government contractors and publicly traded companies, and you can understand why we are committed to being a model of responsible corporate self-governance. We owe this to our customers, our partners, our employees, and our shareholders.
To demonstrate the Board of Directors’ and management’s commitment to integrity and accountability, we will post our key corporate governance documents on this Web site.
