Contract Vehicles

Horne International has several convenient and easy-to-use contract vehicles through which federal government customers can rapidly obtain our services. These mechanisms fall into two categories:

• General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules — which are available to executive and other federal agencies, authorized government contractors, the District of Columbia, and mixed-ownership government corporations, as well as for other activities authorized by statute or regulation.
• Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contracts and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) — which typically are managed by and limited to one agency, but may be available for use by other agencies within the federal government.

The terms and conditions of these contracts have already been negotiated, thus eliminating the prolonged and complicated procurement process associated with traditional single-award contracts.
