IDIQ Contracts
Federal government agencies can obtain Horne International’s services through several in-place Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contracts and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The scope of work and agency usage varies and is limited by the terms of each contract. Because rates have already been negotiated, an eligible customer simply needs to issue a task or delivery order against the basic ID/IQ contract or BPA.
